We are staying in Picton for a family wedding; can I have friends visit us in our unit?
Yes, of course. However we do ask that all visitors vacate units by 10pm to ensure that noise levels do not disturb other guests.
Do you have smoke-free units?
Yes, all our units are smoke-free, however if you do wish to smoke, you can do so outside. If you do smoke inside your room you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
I am coming to Picton on business and will need to access my email via my laptop, am I able to get Internet access in my motel unit?
Yes. All our motel units have Wireless Internet.
Do you have wheel-chair ‘friendly’ motel units?
Yes we do. Please advise if you require a unit with wheel chair access.
What is your cancellation policy?
Unless advised otherwise, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation that applies to the full term of your reservation. If you have to cancel at short notice, or when guests fail to arrive, every endeavor will be made to re-let your booking, however if we are unsuccessful then you will be responsible for the balance owing.
What is your booking payment policy?
Your reservation will be accepted and guaranteed once we have received your valid credit card number, cardholders name and card expiry date as supplied at the time the reservation is made.
What is your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 12.00pm and check-out is at 10.00am. Early check-in and/or check-out is available by prior arrangement.
How far are you from Blenheim Airport?
We are only 30 mins from Blenheim Domestic Airport.
Do you accept children?
Yes we do! We have special rates for toddlers plus an infant cot available for guest use at no additional charge.
Can I bring my pet?
We are happy to discuss your requirements and we do accept some pets by prior arrangement only.

Do you offer a courtesy shuttle service?
By prior arrangement we can provide courtesy vehicle pick-up or drop-off to bus depot, shuttle and local restaurants.
